At the Northwest corner of the intersection of Kashirskoye-shosse and the newly constructed 4th Ring highway adjacent to the railroad line linking Domodedevo Airport to the Moscow Central Station, the project creates a shopping, dining, and leisure destination for the immediate trade area and for travelers to and from the airport. The state-of-the-art retail and entertainment center comprises a hypermarket on one level several anchor stores on each of three levels as well as a range of fashion and lifestyle boutiques, a multi-plex cinema, a food court and several restaurants.
