On a prime waterfront site adjacent to the 2008 Olympic sailing venue, the contemporary marketplace offers open-air and enclosed environments for shopping, dining, and entertainment leisure, as well as 200 apartments. The minimalist aesthetic features a palette of simple finishes in juxtaposition with a series of glass canopies that reference the nearby sailing and a 40-meter tall steel and glass lighthouse. The multiuse complex frames Olympic Boulevard to create a central plaza for entertainment and civic events.
