HUERTA DEL CORREO

As part of a revitalization of an industrial environment, the project reconnects two sides of the site, currently split by a public road, with a rotated plaza. The small mixed-use development creates separate zones for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and public and private uses. Thematically the project has three voices: one of light and luminance addressing the highway; one of industrial materialization facing existing warehouses; and one of natural materials and landscape in the urban plaza.
